Pierrot and Colombine are the two little characters known to everyone for their romantic love story, nursery rhyme sung to children, poem or legend of theatrical performances.

Embodying absolute love, Pierrot has eyes only for his soulmate Colombine. He will miss her even though she decides to leave with the troublemaker Harlequin, and wait for him.

The figure of Pierrot embodies purity and a certain naivety, dressed all in white, he remains faithful to his commitments. His face often represented at the limit of the clown, sometimes made up to accentuate his melancholic and almost angelic features.

The attraction for this legend also lies in the aesthetics and the whole image around the characters: their costumes, the colors used in the drawings or engravings, the kitsch of romanticism also sometimes pushed to its paroxysm.

PIERROT AND COLOMBINE SHOOTING DAY !

Voici l'une de nos créations, un projet à l'intérieur du projet "Pierrot et Colombine", un shooting réalisé en Janvier 2021 autour de ce conte.

Notre objectif était de créer un univers fort, créer notre réinterprétation et notre propre vision de l'histoire.

Le shooting doit évidemment apparaître dans le prochain numéro "Pierrot et Colombine" et illustrer de façon poétique la romance.

Nous avons réalisé toute la direction artistique, avec l'aide de nombreux collaborateurs-trices, et nous tenons à remercier chacun.e d'entre eux-elles pour tout le travail fourni !

Here is one of our creations, a project within the "Pierrot et Colombine" project, a shooting carried out in January 2021 around this tale.

Our goal was to create a strong universe, to create our reinterpretation and our own vision of this story.

The shoot will obviously appear in the next issue "Pierrot et Colombine" and poetically illustrate the romance.

We managed all the artistic direction, with the help of many collaborators, and we would like to thank each of them for all the work provided !
