KERO KERO BONITO - Sick Beat
Dynamic London trio, the Kero Kero Bonito chose a frog onomatopoeia in Japanese to name their group - not common.
Singer Sarah Midori Perry sings and raps in both English and Japanese, accompanied by her friends Gus Lobban and Jamie Bulled on the synth. A little explosion in the mouth since this title sets the tone for the album Intro Bonito released in 2014, which takes us into a universe of kawaii and crazy pop sounds.

Aïsha Devi, also known by the pseudonym Kate Wax, is now the head of her own label "Danse Noire". Free Free Dom Dom: “FFDD”
We are delighted to be able to share with you our latest discovery, "Free Free Dom Dom", an electro punk duo from Berlin. They recently sent us their first video clip entitled "FFD", directed by Ophélie Rondeau, young photographer and videographer living in London.
It is with undisguised pleasure that we dive into the film since the images were shot with a Super8mm camera. This rather old medium brought up to date allows them to translate a certain lightness and a Berlin lifestyle that sticks to their skin: parties, drugs and rock'n'roll. A musical style that is reminiscent of our French colleagues Kap Bambino and the Canadians of Crystal Castles, we wish them to experience an equally glorious trajectory!

It may not be useful to introduce you who is Grimes?! ... but as absolute fans, we could not miss her last clip ... She arrives at full speed on her car, at the Allure of Tank Girl, with her emissaries, half cyber, half angel, half demon, to embark on their turn, as crazy as apocalyptic! We find ourselves in a disused metro station, on acid, but with little manga tunes, in the company of Grimes and his warriors. To be honest, the "French song" is not our cup of tea too much (excuse the pejorative sounding term in the quotes). But there, listening to this song - MAGNIFICENT - we stayed on the ass.
